A Study Tour/ Visit of Raymond Textile Plant, Chhidwara, Madhya Pradesh, was jointly organized by FCDO and the BEE on 9th December 2022. The plant has a cutting-edge integrated manufacturing facility, that creates high-end pure wool, wool blend, and polyester viscose suits. The Raymond Chhindwara unit has 128 looms and 33,528 spindles. This Study Tour/ Visit successfully facilitated the exchange of best practices and technologies between industry stakeholders. The Study Tour/ Visit provided the opportunity to learn about the best Industrial Energy Efficiency & Decarbonization (IEED) technology/ procedures used at Raymond Limited.
