Energy Management Self Assessment Tool
Energy Management Self Assessment Tool
EM Toolkit
The workbook provides the following two tools with which the organisation's current position can be assess in respect of energy management: 1. The Energy Management Matrix gives a quick high-level assessment of strengths and weaknesses across six areas of energy management 2. The Energy Management Assessment (EMA) provides a more detailed appraisal of your energy management performance across twelve key areas.
Responsible Property Management Toolkit
Responsible Property Management Toolkit
EM Toolkit
The toolkit provides 55 Guidance Notes across 13 topics, including Energy. It outlines management processes for responsible property management at various levels and includes the following helpful energy checklists: 1. Review Environmental Policies and Objectives 2. Incorporate Energy Data within Property Registers 3. Identify Metering and Billing Arrangements 4. Ensure Compliance to Energy Standards 5. Undertake an Energy Audit 6. Consider Renewable Energy 7. Benchmark Energy Consumption and Set Targets 8. Produce an Energy Action Plan 9. Prepare a Monitoring and Maintenance Strategy 10. Agree How to Fund Improvements
Carbon Footprint Calculator
Carbon Footprint Calculator
EM Toolkit
The calculator is designed to help SMEs measure their corporate emission footprint following GHG Protocol Guidance, including direct emissions from fuel and processes (Scope 1 emissions) and emissions from purchased electricity (or Scope 2 emissions) for the assets they operate.
CO2 Emissions Calculator
CO2 Emissions Calculator
EM Toolkit
It helps in calculating the taillight emissions from a conventional vehicle as compared to an EV. It also calculates CO2 emissions abatement if a person switches from a conventional Vehicle to an EV.
Carbon Calculator
Carbon Footprint Calculator
Carbon Footprint Calculator
EM Toolkit
It calculates the total set of GHGs emitted directly or indirectly by an individual or entity.
Aluminium
Aluminium
EM Toolkit
The Aluminum tool helps to calculate CO2 and Perfluorocarbons (PFC) emissions from primary aluminum production.
Cement
Cement
EM Toolkit
A cement-based tool requiring data only on annual cement production. Emissions are calculated using clinker: cement ratios and CaCO3: raw meal ratios.
Iron & Steel
Iron & Steel
EM Toolkit
The Iron and Steel tool provides two methods for calculating CO2 emissions. Method 1: requires data on the quantities of reducing agents and blast furnace additives used, as well as the quantities of the carbonate fluxes introduced into the furnace. Method 2: requires data on the amount of iron or steel produced, as well as of the carbonate fluxes. The emissions calculation from either method can be adjusted to account for the export of carbon-bearing byproducts.
Refrigeration & Air conditioning equipments (cross-cutting tool)
Refrigeration & Air conditioning equipments (cross-cutting tool)
EM Toolkit
The RAC tool calculates the Hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) and PFC emissions from the manufacturing, servicing, and/or disposal of RAC equipment. The tool offers below three methods: 1. Sales based approach for manufacturers and users; 2. Life cycle stage approach for users; 3. Basic screening approach that is intended to help companies gauge whether or not their emissions merit the use of one of the other, more advanced methods.
Smartsheet
Smartsheet
EM Toolkit
This tool helps in performing the Cost-benefit analysis to identify the highest return on an investment based on the cost, resources, and risk involved.
Cost-benefit analysis
Cost-benefit analysis
EM Toolkit
This Cost-Benefit Analysis helps in finding the Cost-Benefit Ratio for the evaluating feasibility of projects.
